YH610 sensor pressure holding test system is a newly developed system by our company, which integrates modern measurement and testing technology, computer control technology, information management technology, and meets the new generation of measurement standards for full range pressure automatic testing system.
YH610 sensor pressure holding test system consists of a fully automatic hydraulic device, its pressurization device can independently complete the generation, control, and measurement of pressure. At the same time, in conjunction with the computer placed on this calibration table during the calibration work, it can more conveniently and quickly complete the testing and data management of pressure instruments.
◆Implement functions such as pressure holding experiments for pressure sensors, fault detection, and system integration testing, etc.;
◆The effective combination of pressurization device and control instrument enables the calibration platform to integrate pressure generation and measurement, and the pressure generation is fast, stable, and the measurement accuracy is high;
◆Using a pressure module with an optional pressure range as the standard, it can meet the requirements of single range measurement and full range pressure coverage through the replacement of the pressure module;
◆Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touch screen for display and control, the process of pressure generation and control is easy to operate, and setting pressure output is extremely convenient;
◆Fast and stable pressure control, with no pressure overshoot phenomenon, fully complying with relevant pressure instrument calibration regulations;
◆It can be connected to a computer and automatically set and control pressure through calibration software, as well as data acquisition and processing, report printing, etc., to achieve full process calibration of pressure instruments;
◆The intelligent pressure calibrator is easy to disassemble and facilitate regular inspection of the pressure module.
