TMAP Sensor Test Bench
The sensor test bench is mainly composed of the high-precision power supply, the high accuracy digital pressure gauge (absolute pressure), the fully automatic pressure generating system, the pressure regulating system, the normal temperature testing fixture, the high temperature testing fixture, the operating platform body, the high temperature alternating experimental box, the data acquisition, and testing system.
◆This system is a fully automatic pressure generating system that does not require manual pressure adjustment. It uses a high stability absolute pressure sensor to ensure the testing requirements of the system at any pressure point. The overall structure is beautiful and elegant in appearance;
◆The supporting high temperature alternating experimental box can operate continuously or be controlled by a program, with simple and convenient operation. The unit adopts high quality unit, and the experimental box is equipped with an electroplated vacuum observation window, effectively solving the problem of frost condensation on the observation window;
◆Two sets of channels for high temperature and normal temperature, multiple testing channels;
◆By adjusting pressure and setting different temperature, as well as switching between testing controllers, the software can achieve dual variable measurement of variable temperature and variable voltage; There are four sets of parameter settings. According to the requirements of the software testing project, the "Test Selection" in the lower right corner of the test controller can be used to achieve P-V characteristic testing at normal temperature, T-R characteristic testing at normal pressure, P-V characteristic testing at set temperature, and T-R characteristic testing at set pressure.
