YH2000 group control thermocouple and thermal resistance automatic calibration device is automatic control and testing system composed of the computer, printer, high-precision digital multimeter, multi-channel scanning controller, thermocouple calibration furnace, thermostatic bath, etc. This device is used for automatic calibration of various working thermocouples and thermal resistance, and can control 1-6 calibration furnaces and 1-2 thermostatic baths respectively. The software and hardware operation automation design of the verification device, except for bundling, furnace (bath) loading, wiring, and parameter setting, all other tasks (such as wire inspection, temperature control, verification, data acquisition, data processing and storage) are automatically completed by the system. It improve work efficiency, very suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises with large-scale thermocouple calibration needs.

Intelligent temperature control system:

It adpots the high-precision temperature controller, LED display screen, and quasi five digit simultaneous display of dual row data. The temperature control instrument has a self-tuning function, which automatically adjusts the PID parameters of each calibration furnace calibration point through a self-tuning program, allowing customers to easily and freely adjust the PID parameters of each calibration furnace calibration point. One calibration is effective for a long time without significant environmental changes.
